As the title suggest, consciousness as an abstract intellectual notion
has to be transcended in order to capture the empiricality and indeed the
totality of social relations and processes. We believe that everything in the
world is about people; or rather the 'social'.
We are a group of Singaporean students trained in Sociology at the undergraduate level. During our undergraduate career, we observed a lack of Singapore-based online Sociological resource and dialogue. This project is the result of our desire to establish an online discursive space for students to reflect upon throughout their academic journey.
We share essays/narratives/reviews etc. from undergraduate to postgraduate levels to provide fellow (sociology) students with additional resources for their sociological endeavours.
